Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 2-3 days of being placed.

Currently, DUPA Sensory is only able to offer domestic shipping and unable to fulfill orders for international customers. Shipping rates are calculated as follows:

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines and allows for a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and must not have been used or damaged.

We will issue the refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the item is found to have been used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

For purchases made at partner stockists is subject to the returns policy of that specific store.
